Derrick Howie is an AAAI Certified Advanced Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor with over 30 years' experience. Derrick created the "Howie Method" by adapting some of his hero; Joseph Pilates philosophies which include Form over Function, Controlology and Body Alignment as his base point for all training.
One major Howie Method refrain is that you'll start to feel your results before you actually see them. This primary fundamental element is utilized from key isolation techniques. Most people that have been training without Howie actually end up using less weight to work out with because of his meticuous attention to perfect form. As you will hear Derrick say over and over again, this is (Howie) How We do it!
Derrick provides one on one Physique and Fitness training. Mixing principles of Strength Training Pilates and Yoga to make up the "Howie Method".
Services are provided In-Home, virtually or in a studio.
He specializes in special conditions, post rehab and corrective exercises.
